How the location can influence the genre. Pats lesson (03/10/13)

This location is inside a house. The left side being the bottom of the house and the right side being upstairs. I think this location could be a setting of a group of teenaged boys. The genre would be comedy. Downstairs they have a gaming setup. This could be used casual or seriously. Seriously being they play the game all day, more as a passion or a hobby. The idea of this short film could be about a group of teenaged gamers have been kicked out of there parents house and have been forced to get a job. They work together at the local supermarket and get up to mischief. The house is a mess, parties etc. They live like typical teenagers. Funny, awkward, embarrassing events take place.

The image above shows the outside environment of the house. I chose to use a banjo type setting to involve all the other characters. The other characters are going to be really weird people. This involves the funny, awkward scenes. The banjo is more of a social street, everyone knows each other. This is a problem for the teenagers because they don't want to speak to weird, annoying creepy people.

The image above is the location of my pre-production work. This is a extremely busy hughstreet. He lives above a shop. This road is outside a train station. This station is in East London. Streets are very crowded to add to his misery.
